After exams you need to undergo 4 months Internship period and submit data of 10 Cosmetic patients successfully treated by you in your clinic.

Schedule of P.G.D.A.C. Course
Online Theory Lectures :
All the theory part in Cosmetology which is mentioned in the syllabus will be taught in the Online Theory Lectures over a span of 10 days. Online Lectures will be held everyday for 1 hour usually at 9.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. for 10 days via Zoom app. Lectures are conducted LIVE and no recordings will be available.

Online Product Making Workshop :
Your handmade Cosmetic Products are an essential part of your patient treatment. We are teaching you this topic as Complementary training in P.G.D.A.C. so that you won't have to spend more money on branded chemical-laden Cosmetic products. You also get to sell these products to your patients for home care.
So after your 10 days theory lectures, we will conduct your 2 days Product making workshop. This product making session will be conducted LIVE.
On Day 1 : Dr. Vidyulata will show you how to make these products.
On Day 2 : When you visit Mumbai for hands-on practicals, we will provide you some raw materials. You have to carry them home with you and make your own Cosmetic products in your clinic / home and show the procedure LIVE to Dr. Vidyulata so that all your doubts will get cleared when you yourself make the products. You can later use these products to sell to your patients.
We advise you to make products on your own at your place on Day 2 and demonstrate the process LIVE to Dr. Vidyulata, so that you can gain confidence to make these products under Dr. Vidyulata's supervision and clear your doubts on the spot. If later on you get any doubts, they too will be solved.
If you do not wish to demonstrate the process LIVE :
- it will be holiday for you on Day 2 of Product Making Workshop,
- any doubts in product making will not be solved on any later date for you.

Online Practical Tasks :
At the end of above product making workshop, you will be given practical tasks on next 2 Sundays which you must compulsorily perform at your place and demonstrate your task LIVE to Dr. Vidyulata via Zoom / Whatsapp.
We will be sharing with you various videos of Cosmetology machine treatments which are performed by Dr. Vidyulata herself. These procedures are performed as per International guidelines so you have to learn and follow the protocols, steps and sequence exactly as shown in the videos.
Before starting the practical task, you need to watch the 'Basic facial video' and you need to by-heart the steps, sequence and procedure of basic facial treatment.
During the practical task, You have to perform Basic Facial Procedure LIVE at your place. You need to arrange a friend / relative as your demo model. For the task you need to keep 1 Cleanser, 1 Scrub, 1 Massage Cream or Gel and 1 Face Pack ready.
The practical task on 1st Sunday (after the product making workshop) will be for your trial and error. The Practical task on 2nd Sunday will carry max. 10 marks which will be added to your Final practical Marks. We already provide you with our practical videos. So during practical tasks, you yourself have to perform and demonstrate what you have learned.

Offline Practicals & Exams :
After completion of the practical task at your place, you are required to attend our training centre in Mumbai for 'Hands on practice on Machines & Exams', which will be covered in 3 days period :
- For 1st 3 days, proper hands on training on our Advanced Cosmetology Machines will be provided so that you can gain confidence when you face your cosmetic patients on your own, in your clinics for the first time.
- On the 4th day, you need to appear for the theory and practical exams conducted by HarbaCare Academy.
The Theory & Practical exam will be of 50 Marks each :-
Theory Paper Timings : 11 am - 1 pm ;
Practicals & Viva Timings : 2 pm - 4 pm ;
Certification ceremony : 4 pm - 5 pm.
After successfully passing our exams, you will be awarded 'Certificate of Practical Attendance' from HarbaCare Academy, which you can display in your clinics and officially practice Cosmetology anywhere in India. You will receive the final Certificate of International P.G.D.A.C. Course only after you complete your internship.

Notes will be provided in pdf. format at the end of lectures, which are a copyright of HarbaCare Academy. Hard copy of any notes will not be provided under any circumstances. You need to study these notes before coming for practical hands on training and appear for our Diploma exam. Please note Grades A to D will be mentioned on the Certificate which are awarded to you after completion of Internship and are based on your combined theory and practical marks. So make sure you take your exams seriously and do not neglect your theory or practical exams.
Grade A : Marks 80+
Grade B : Marks 65 - 79
Grade C : Marks 50 - 64
Grade D : Marks < 50 (FAIL)

Internship :
After exams, you will need to undergo 4 months Internship period. During that period, you need to successfully treat 10 cosmetic patients at your place / your clinic and submit patient data to our Academy. After submitting your 10 patient data to us in appropriate format, you will receive the Diploma Certificate from HarbaCare Academy via courier.

You ain't in school life anymore where everything is spoon-fed for your 10th exams. You are a Doctor. Doctors should always refer to notes and write down their own notes. That is the best way to learn. Our notes are for your reference only. If needed, You are permitted to download the pdf and print them at your place on your own, but you are not allowed to share the pdf copy or your printed copy with anyone else.

We are providing you some new Cosmetic machines so that you can start your Cosmetic practice immediately from the next day, after you receive your Certificates. Dr. Vidyulata had started her Cosmetic practice using similar machines 9 years back.
P.S. : Your fees will be as per the rates applicable during your date of joining the Course, not as per the date of your previous inquiries.
If you fail to pay fees as per given schedule, your theory lectures wont start. Your theory lectures will then be postponed to next theory lecture batch. If fees are changing for the next batch, your fees will be applicable as per the rates for that new batch.
Fees once paid is not refundable / adjustable / transferable under any circumstances.

If you wish to settle abroad and wish to know validity of Certificate in that country, kindly contact the Board for all details. As per the Board, their Certificates are valid in multiple countries. As it is their Certificate, they are the best people to answer your queries. You can contact the Board personnel on the number given on your International Certificates which you get at the end of the course.
Dr. Vidyulata or Harbacare Cosmetology Academy will not be responsible or liable due to any issues arising out of the same.
For practicing abroad, you need Transcript and / or other document formalities from the board. The cost of these documents will be extra apart from your fees and you will need to pay these charges to get the documents.

You get to handle and provide machine treatments :
Who doesn't love handling machines? Use of machines for cosmetic treatments is simple, quick and painless with no downtime and minimal risk if done properly as per international guidelines. As machines are more precise and accurate, their results last longer.
Cosmetology serves as a vital career backup :
Having a career backup is always a wise decision. When there is a relative slack in one field, the other field should provide a strong support. Cosmetology provides a tremendous backup support. Patients who come for Cosmetic treatments can get converted into your regular patients after you give them positive cosmetic results. Moreover, such patients account for spread of your name and fame in your locality by direct positive reference.
You don't need to convince patients alot ; patient is already convinced for cosmetic treatments :
Patients know their cosmetic problem beforehand, they know what machine treatments they need. Patients themselves say I have acne problem, please provide me your anti-acne gel or perform the machine treatment. As such a Doctor's work of convincing the patient to join you for treatment is considerably reduced. Patients are tired of visiting parlors / salons and they now prefer a proper treatment under a Cosmetologist Doctor.
Less investment, Huge profits :
All you need is a room, 1 bed, 1 trolley and machine and some raw materials. If your clinic is not yet setup, you can even start your cosmetic practice from your home. For Doctors joining International P.G.D.A.C. Course, We are already providing you with some Cosmetic machines to start with.
As the famous investor Mr. Warren Buffett says : 'A wise investor always invests his money in long-term profitable stocks'. Whatever you will invest to learn Cosmetology at HarbaCare Academy and establish your setup, it will be recovered by you in a matter of 6 - 10 months or a year; but you will benefit lifelong. Some of our Doctor students gladly informed us that they recovered their investment in just 3 months and are now earning pure profits.
A single machine treatment will earn you minimum around ₹ 1,500 per patient per setting ; depending on severity each patient may require 2 - 3 settings. A single P.R.P. treatment earns you ₹ 4,000 - 5,000 per setting and your patient needs such settings for 3 consecutive months. Even if you handle minimum average of 4 - 6 cosmetic patients in a month, you recover your investment in around 6 months. If you prescribe them your handmade cosmetic products, your investment will be recovered even faster. And then its only profit for you for your entire lifetime !!!
Easy to Learn ; Easier to Earn :
Cosmetology is easy to learn, what matters most is identifying which patient needs which treatment and a proper hands-on-practice on electric modern Cosmetic machines. Having said that, passing our theory / practical exams is not at all an easy task, as all the steps of Facials or machine treatments have to be performed by you as per International guidelines & protocols. So clearing our exams is itself a big achievement on your part. Study sincerely.
Learning Cosmetology keeps you ahead of competition :
In many places, clinics / hospitals of different pathies are clustered together. Providing Cosmetic treatments makes you stand apart from the others in the eyes of patients, because you are helping your patients look more beautiful. You make the patients feel relaxed from his / her stressful daily routine. When you give positive results, patients remain loyal to you and do not divert.
Also the kind of ambience created in a Cosmetology Clinic, is far different from regular clinics. Patients feel comfortable, homely and less sick. This creates a positive psychological effect towards you and your clinic even before you start any treatments.
Take Cosmetology as your backup career seriously. It will benefit you in the long term.
After completion of International P.G.D.A.C., you can :
1) Use Ayurvedic medicines and Rasakalpas in machines to treat various skin diseases. Since we are providing you some basic machines, you can use them and start practicing and earning sooner. Even if you handle minimum 2 patients per week, you can earn 10,000 - 15,000 per month extra. And this is the minimum income during your start of cosmetic practice. Once your patients know about your results, sky is the limit for you. Your monthly income can be in lakhs.
2) Use Cosmetic products incorporated with Rasakalpas, Ayurvedic medicines and essential oils, customized as per your patient skin and disease condition. Few of my Doctor students staying in rural areas have informed me that they earn profit of atleast 30,000 - 40,000 per month just through sale of the cosmetic products they have learned during P.G.D.A.C. Course. They give results so they are in demand. More important is the patient satisfaction and your satisfaction of curing the patient.
3) Upgrade your skills in other skill based Cosmetic treatments easily as your hands get trained how to hold the machines / probes and perform various strokes. You know how much pressure and speed you need to apply at different areas of face.
4) Learn Laser treatments : They are in huge demand in cities as they give very fast results. Laser treatments comes in packages from minimum 5,000 per sitting till 30,000 - 50,000 full body package. Due to covid, LASER machine prices have dropped. So this is the ideal time to purchase them.

One of our Dr. Students recently shared her experience of practicing Ayurvedic Cosmetology....
The Doctor lives and practices in a remote village in Maharashtra, which is not easily accessible. Most of the patients from her village used to attend rural P.H.C. and so her income used to be just average. But now after starting to practice Ayurvedic Cosmetology, even though her village is not properly accessible, yet she is getting a lot of patients with Cosmetic problems not just from her village, but even from neighbouring 8 - 10 villages as there are no Doctors to successfully treat such patients nearby. And as she gives machine treatments along with her aromatic handmade Cosmetic products, she has become famous among her patients. Some Cosmetic patients even got converted for Ayurvedic Panchkarmas.
