In the last 5 years, I have prepared a platform for my students to train Doctors in India. As this platform is now ready, I am giving you this opportunity to train Indian Ayurvedic Doctors. I am now focused on creating a platform for you to train International students. Your name should be known not just in India, but even beyond Indian territories. There are 3 Grades of Trainers at HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy :

ANNUAL FRANCHISE FEE :
There will be an annual franchise fee.
Any I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. student joining our Franchise in the year 2025, Flat fee of ₹ 50,000 for that year will be applicable.

Those joining our Franchise in 2025, their annual franchise fee will remain fixed till 2027 : ₹ 50,000/yr

Students who newly join our Franchise in 2026, their annual Franchise fee till 2028 will be ₹ 75,000/yr​

Students who newly join our Franchise in 2027, their annual Franchise fee till 2029 will be ₹ 1,00,000/yr​

Hence, if you want to gain advantage of our Franchise, join early. The more you delay, the more you will have to pay. Those who sincerely train Ayurvedic doctors with dedication will be awarded with discounts in annual Franchise fee, when they renew their Franchise Agreement after their 3 year bond period has ended. These discounts in annual franchise fee will be based on number of students trained by you. Over the period of 3 years of your Franchise, for each student trained by you, You earn 1% discount on next annual franchise fee (as applicable at that time) during Franchise renewal.

Annual Franchise fee has to be paid in single installment 15 days before the end of your 1 year Franchise period.
​
P.S. : Annual Franchise Fee is non-refundable / non-transferable under any circumstances. You are made aware that you have to market your training center as I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. center (as applicable) under HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy to gather students. If you train even 1 student in the entire year, your Annual Franchise fee investment gets recovered. Any further student you train is profit for you. HarbaCare does not give commitment / guarantees to any particular fixed amount of income. More students you gather & train under guidance of Dr. Vidyulata, more will be your earnings.
If HarbaCare gets any enquiries, we will direct them first to our Main I.M.T.A.C. Centers in that state, then to our I.T.A.C. Subcenters. If the I.M.T.A.C. center is far away from the new students residence area, he / she will obviously prefer to join our nearest I.T.A.C. center, if they don't want to travel the distance.
Which center to join for practical training will ultimately be the decision of the new joining student. HarbaCare and Dr. Vidyulata cannot force any student to join a particular I.M.T.A.C. or I.T.A.C. center only.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN HARBACARE FRANCHISE ?
Consider Annual Franchise Fee of ₹ 50,000/- as your 'investment'. Your ultimate aim in joining our franchise is :​

Scenario 1 :
Consider You have ₹ 50,000 cash sitting idle at home. If you keep this ₹ 50,000 cash in your home or bank locker for 1 year, you will earn 0 interest.
So at end of 1 year your ₹ 50,000 cash remains ₹ 50,000/- only.

If you keep this ₹ 50,000 in bank fixed deposit (FD) for 1 year, you earn an interest of only ₹ 3,500/- at rate of 7%.​

Scenario 4 :
You invest this ₹ 50,000 in stocks. There is no guarantee you will even see this amount of ₹ 50,000 ever again. Stock market is completely volatile.

Now if you invest this ₹ 50,000 in our Franchise,

If you train even 1-2 students in the entire year, your invested money stays secured. ​

And if you train even 1 student per month, you earn 10 times on your investment annually.

If you train average 2 students per month, you earn 20 times on your investment annually.

You can realize the huge difference in your earnings and return on your investment from just 7% on FD vs 1,000-2,000 % from our franchise. The above earning figures are for I.M.T.A.C.
I.T.A.C. Doctors will earn slightly less than I.M.T.A.C, but their earnings will obviously be more than any of the above investment options. Once your practical training center becomes well-known among Ayurvedic doctors, sky is the limit for your earnings. Each of you must have this understanding & financial sense on how to not just grow your money, but multiply your money exponentially, because this isn't taught in any school or college. Decide wisely where your ₹ 50,000 money will grow the most.

OUR OBJECTIVE BEHIND STARTING FRANCHISE :
COMMENCEMENT OF FRANCHISE :
First Objective :
You should be able to train atleast 1-2 students in entire year so that Your Joining fee will be secured.
Second Objective :
You should be able to train atleast 3-4 students in entire year so that you earn atleast a lakh on your joining fee.
Third Objective :
You should train multiple students in entire year so that you earn in multiple lakhs on your joining fee.
Fourth Objective :
Your name should be known in that state / district as an I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. and once you get promoted to I.G.M.T.A.C., your name should cross Indian territory.
We want You to achieve all our objectives. Remember, you are earning in lakhs by spending just 4 days of your time for a batch.
For any student joining our Franchise, your commencement date will be from 1st date of next month provided you have completed all the formalities and paid the full annual Franchise fee before 15th of the previous month.
For eg. Your Franchise will start from 1st April if you have completed all Franchise related formalities and paid full annual franchise fee before 15th March.
BOND PERIOD :
Franchise agreement will be created for a period of 3 years. There will be a bond period of 3 years during which you cannot leave the Franchise. Please note, at HarbaCare, we are putting efforts in promoting your clinic as our practical training center. We cannot keep opening and shutting down our centers at random. Breaking this bond will attract a penalty of ₹ 2,00,000 /-. So, Once you are in, there's no turning back, because I believe in pushing my students forward towards their success. I won't let my students quit. I believe in holding my students' hands firmly when my students stop believing in themselves.
After 3 years from date of commencement of Franchise Agreement, new agreement will be signed and Franchise fee fixed at that time will be applicable. As you are joining us in 2025, you will be entitled to discounts in annual franchise fee depending on number of students you train in your training center.

PATIENT DATA :
You need to submit us a data of atleast 50 patients successfully treated by you in your clinic. This is to ensure you have sufficient practice and your hands are skilled enough to handle practical training of students. Also this will ensure you have enough patients to make available during practical training.
SCHEDULE :
Online Theory Lectures will usually be conducted from 5th of every month. If you have enrolled a student to attend your clinic for practicals in February, he / she will have to attend Online Theory lectures conducted by Dr. Vidyulata in January. You are very well aware of the schedule of our courses. Kindly refer to latest brochure for fees and syllabus.
After completion of online training, students will visit your center for hands-on practicals for 4 days. The dates for practical training will be decided between You and Dr. Vidyulata. Practical dates once fixed should not be changed as students accordingly book their flight / train / bus tickets in advance. If practical dates get changed due to any unavoidable circumstances, it will be your responsibility to inform your student prior. Dr. Vidyulata will be available to guide you via video conference call. You need to first demonstrate to the students as per Dr. Vidyulata's instructions and then get the same procedure performed by the student & correct their mistakes. Exam will be conducted on 4th day. Certificate pdf copy will be sent to you. You simply need to print it and hand over to students. Don't forget to take photographs and student reviews. Getting your students to give a review on video will be better. That will help you market your training center on social media. Final Certificate will be couriered directly to students after completion of their 4 month internship period. If there is patient provision available with you, students can even complete their internship cases at your clinic.
P. S. : When you are starting a Franchise, conduct practical training only for 1-2 students in one batch, for atleast first 3 months so that you get used to the training. Later, you can take maximum 4 students in one practical batch. You can conduct any number of practical batches in a month. We would suggest you to conduct practical batch even if 1 student is available. If you keep their admission pending till you get a group of 3-4 students, that student will take admission elsewhere. Dr. Vidyulata has conducted Theory as well as practical hands-on batch in Mumbai even when there was just a single student present. As soon as you get any student interested for the course, get their admission form filled and conduct their practical training.
YOUR ROLE :
You are the hands of Dr. Vidyulata. You need to conduct hands-on practical training of students. You can promote yourself as I.M.T.A.C. or I.T.A.C. (as applicable) at HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy. You need to market your practical training center and let your U.G. / P.G. college batch mates, juniors & seniors know that as an I.M.T.A.C. or I.T.A.C. at HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy, you are conducting Cosmetology practicals at your clinic and they are welcomed to train under You & Dr. Vidyulata.. You can publish your training photos on Facebook college groups, Whatsapp groups, Instagram etc. Initial marketing photos will be shared with you, later on you can yourself create your photos / videos, get them approved by us for any minor changes and then do marketing of your training center. Remember that all marketing will be under name of HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy, Dr. Vidyulata and Your name as an I.M.T.A.C / I.T.A.C. at HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy.
When you get a student who wishes to join your practical training center, it will be your responsibility to explain the admission procedure, syllabus and details of our courses. Also it will be your responsibility to get the online admission form filled by the joining student. You need to inform Dr. Vidyulata about the new admission for your practical training center so that Dr. Vidyulata can complete all necessary admission formalities. Also you need to make sure that the student pays all the installments as per schedule given in their welcome note. You are very well aware of all the course details of our academy. You can contact Dr. Vidyulata to ask any doubts and know latest updates.
FACILITIES FOR STUDENTS :
For Students who will be visiting you for practical training at your center, you need to ensure you have the following facilities at your center :

A separate room dedicated for practical training of minimum carpet area : 150 sq. ft within your clinic.

Ambience : A proper clinic environment is essential with adequate lighting, ventillation & devoid of noise.

Atleast 2 Beds covered with white bedsheet for patients to lie down.

Toilet - bathroom with adequate water supply available

NUMBER OF STUDENTS TO BE TRAINED :
There is no specific number or targets set up by HarbaCare. The more students you train, more will be your earnings and more discounts will be applicable on your next franchise renewal. Also if you train 25 students in a year, you will be entitled to a bonus of ₹ 50,000/- for that year. You can gather students from any state / city / district. There is no restriction on locality when you are marketing for your training center. You may have done U.G. / P.G. from another state, so it is obvious your friends from those states will visit your training center.
YOUR INVESTMENT :
Apart from Franchise fee, your investment is minimal.

You need all machine setup which is a 1 time investment and besides training Doctors, it can also be used to treat patients. If you still haven't purchased all machines, gaining our franchise will be best reason for buying the machines and using them on patients to boost your income even more. This one time investment will be around ₹ 50,000 - ₹ 75,000, which can get easily recovered from patients / doctor training. If you still don't want to invest in machines, you can request our machines vendors to build a temporary setup for 4 days at your clinic for the purpose of practical training.

​Lunch has to be provided by you to students.

Stationary : Examination stationary and Certificate printout.

Wifi access with unlimited data and speed of atleast 50 Mbps.

IMOU video camera needs to be installed in your practical room so that Dr. Vidyulata can have unhindered access to the practical room during training and examination. It costs just ₹ 1,499 /- only. You can keep it switched off during other times. This device is compulsory because during video call your phone battery may drain out and cause unnecessary disturbance during practical training.

If possible you can arrange for a Samsung S9 tablet or any other tablet with a good audio & video quality for 2 way video communication. A tablet can cost around ₹ 20,000 - 30,000/-. This is optional, not compulsory during initial stage of your franchise. You can use it to show with Dermascope.

No accommodation needed for students. They will arrange their stay on their own. You only need to provide them contact details of hostels / hotels / Paying guests near to your training center.

SUPPORT FROM HARBACARE FOR YOU & STUDENTS JOINING YOUR PRACTICAL CENTER :
Referring students :
When Dr. Vidyulata receives an enquiry, she will refer that student to that state's I.M.T.A.C. center of HarbaCare first. If student wants to visit our I.T.A.C. center in their district, they will be referred to that I.T.A.C. center for practical training.
HarbaCare website :
Your I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. centers will be listed on our website, so that students from your state / district can know your practical training centers in their vicinity.
Social Media Marketing :
All the I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. centers of HarbaCare International Cosmetology Academy will be published in our social media postings.
Training Students :
Online Theory & Practical Lectures for students enrolling at your practical training center will be conducted by Dr. Vidyulata. Dr. Vidyulata will be available with you via video conference during Offline practical training of students.
Any other Franchisors will charge ₹ 15 - 40 lakhs as Franchise fee and leave you to manage on your own. They are only interested in earning their huge royalties. Your business grows or suffers is not their concern. HarbaCare does not follow that model. Our annual franchise fee of ₹ 50,000 is nothing compared to these fees in lakhs. Besides, HarbaCare & Dr. Vidyulata does not leave you stranded to fend for yourself. You will have full support from Dr. Vidyulata to grow your practical training center. That is why Dr. Vidyulata herself will conduct Online lectures, Online Practicals for your students and stay LIVE via video conference with you during Offline Practical training & Examination so that you and your practical center won't feel left alone or neglected. We will have focus on your practical training center.
Any trainer can give you skills and support to enter the Olympics swimming championship, but if you want to win the Gold in the race, you yourself need to push your hands and legs. Similarly, you too need to make more efforts to gather students to get trained at your practical center under You & Dr. Vidyulata. Communicating in vernacular language with regional doctors of your district / state gives you an added advantage. Students feel more comfortable in learning from you.
Focus on your U.G. & P.G. college students. Every years hundreds of U.G. & P.G. students pass out from your own Ayurvedic colleges where you have studied U.G. / P.G. Reach out to these students via call or whatsapp groups or FB / Instagram. Create your reels, stories. Put your photos / videos on whatsapp status for others to see. Let them know that their college alumni has become HarbaCare's I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. and is now conducting International Ayurvedic Cosmetology (P.G.D.A.C.) practical training.
HOW PAYMENT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU :
Students will pay their 1st 3 installments directly to Dr. Vidyulata.
Students who will be visiting your training center for practicals will pay our final installment directly to you.

If you are I.M.T.A.C., final installment for your student for P.G.D.A.C. course will be ₹ 40,000/-.

If you are I.T.A.C., final installment for your student for P.G.D.A.C. course will be ₹ 30,000/-.
Your Students will pay you directly online, before you start their training, on 1st day itself. You need to remind your students about the same.

EXAMINATION :
Offline Theory & Practical examination will be conducted.
I.M.T.A.C / I.T.A.C. trainers will function as Internal examiner while Dr. Vidyulata will function as External Examiner (via video conference).
Theory exam : 50 Marks
Online Practical exam : 10 marks (to be conducted by Dr. Vidyulata)
Offline Practical exam : 40 marks (to be conducted by I.M.T.A.C. / I.T.A.C. Trainer of that center & Dr. Vidyulata)
WHICH COURSES CAN YOU CONDUCT?
Whichever course you have learnt at HarbaCare, you can conduct those courses at your training center for students.

If you have learned P.G.D.A.C. at HarbaCare, you can conduct only P.G.D.A.C. course at your center.

If you have learned D.C.C. at HarbaCare, you can conduct P.G.D.A.C. & D.C.C. course at your center.
-
If you have learned F.M.C. at HarbaCare, you can conduct P.G.D.A.C., D.C.C. & F.M.C. course at your center.
If you get an enquiry for D.C.C. / F.M.C. course, you can conduct their P.G.D.A.C. practical training and then send them to Mumbai for 1 day Laser & 1 day PMU training.
Or you can visit HarbaCare to learn LASERs, PMU and start conducting these courses at your center.
P.S. : If you have learned Lasers / PMU at other academies / institutes, you won't be eligible to conduct these courses at your center. If we find you are conducting these courses on the basis of our P.G.D.A.C. certificates or you are distributing your own LASER / PMU certificates, your International Certificate will stand terminated without prior notice.

Since you are learning Cosmetology from zero, you need to understand under whom you should be getting trained. You need to select your teacher carefully otherwise you can end up learning wrong concepts. Dr. Vidyulata has completed CIDESCO (Switzerland) Cosmetology which is considered the best Cosmetology course in the world. That course costs around 3 lakhs for a diploma of only one country - Switzerland. Our P.G.D.A.C. Course is just for 1.25 lakhs for P. G. diploma of 4 major nations - U.S.A., U.K., Canada, Australia. Just google about CIDESCO, you will understand the quality of training Dr. Vidyulata has undergone. Plus she was a topper in CIDESCO. As Dr. Vidyulata is M.D. in R.S.B.K., you also get to learn how to use Rasakalpas & Bhaisajyakalpanas along with machines. If being an Ayurvedic doctor, your new student does not want to learn these blend of Ayurvedic Cosmetology, they are not worthy of joining our courses.

Diploma in Cosmetology course in MUHS is for 2.25 lakhs and you get just a national certificate. Compare their syllabus with ours, you will see the huge difference in what you get to learn at HarbaCare. At HarbaCare, you are getting a Multinational certificate.

Cheap courses gives you half training which can be dangerous. One of our student's friend joined a cheaper course at an institute in South India. They didn't teach anything about pre-peel treatment. When this friend tried using peel on herself first, her face got burnt. Another student joined for a cheaper course which was near her house. She didn't receive any hands-on training for a year and the institute refused to pay her fees back. When Dr. Vidyulata joined an institute in Mumbai for Botox & Filler training for 60,000/-, she was in a batch of 15 students. 15 students practiced Botox injection on just 1 patient. Dr. Vidyulata got to inject only 3 shots. Dissatisfied, she again took hands-on training under a plastic surgeon. At HarbaCare, there are just 4 students in a practical batch so each student gets a proper hands-on training with machines. These are real-life experiences, which only you and I can know... new student doesn't have that experience yet.​​

TRAINING BEAUTICIANS / NON-MEDICOS
You can even conduct practical training of non-medicos who are desirous of gaining International (London-U.K.) certifications under HarbaCare International. Their syllabus will exclude Ayurvedic dermatology, Product making and any injectables like PRP, Meso. After completion of course, they will become International Aestheticians.
