HarbaCare Cosmetology Academy is a private academy (registered under M.S.M.E.) in skills enhancing courses in the Beauty, Health & Wellness sector. The said academy is neither a college, nor a University nor a Deemed University. It is made clear that we train you to become a Cosmetologist not a Dermatologist. Cosmetology subject comes under vocational stream and is not a degree course of any medical university. Hence, all our courses at HarbaCare Academy are Vocational Courses, not Degree Courses. We do not provide you any job placements. Success or failure of the individual in practice / job / business is attributable to the individual’s capabilities. HarbaCare Academy or its management team shall not be responsible for any lapses / failure.
 

Cosmetology doesn't come under NMC / AYUSH. It is a vocational (skill based) qualification. Minimum eligibility required for learning Cosmetology is XII pass. But as Cosmetology is not taught in schools / colleges, you need to obtain this skill of Cosmetology facials / machine treatments from a genuine Academy / Institute before practicing on patients / clients. Joining an academy which provides University's Cosmetology Certificates is the best choice. University's certificates have the highest value followed by Board's certificates. 

 

HarbaCare Academy has signed MOU with UGC approved Vocational University. The Cosmetology course Curriculum is set by University, Examination is conducted by that University, Final certificate is given by University. As the University is UGC approved, that University is Govt. Recognized. 

 

HarbaCare Academy has received accreditation from IEBDAC which is registered under UK Learning Provider registry. So just like CIDESCO, CIBTAC which are International Cosmetology courses, IEBDAC courses are International Cosmetology Courses. HarbaCare neither owns IEBDAC nor is a part of IEBDAC organisation. We simply have received its Accreditation and hence, we provide their certificates after completion of our courses. Every state has its own rules regarding any practice by a medical pactitioner. Hence, before joining our courses, it is responsibility of students themselves to verify validity of IEBDAC course certificates in their respective Indian state of practice or foreign countries where they wish to settle in future. As per IEBDAC, their certificates are valid for Cosmetology practice in India and multiple foreign countries. You can clear all your doubts by contacting IEBDAC on the phone numbers or email id provided on their website before joining any of our courses. Dr. Vidyulata or Team HarbaCare or IEBDAC will not be responsible for any issues arising regarding validity of IEBDAC certificates in India or abroad. All disputes are restricted to Mumbai jurisdiction only. Once you have paid your fees and joined for our courses, it will be considered that you have got all your doubts cleared by IEBDAC and you have no objection in receiving IEBDAC certificates from HarbaCare Academy.

The certificates for 'P.G.D.A.C. / P.G.D.H.C. / P.G.D.C.C. / D.C.C. / F.M.C.' are awarded for skills and are not a license to practice in the injectable procedures such as Botox, Fillers, Hair Transplant, Higher level peels etc. Such procedures are to be done only by qualified, trained doctors or as per prevailing Acts / Regulations in their respective states of practice. Certificates which have been awarded for any Facial injectables (Botox / Derma Fillers / Threads) are valid for practice only in states which permit use of Injectables by non-allopathic Doctors. At HarbaCare, We only provide you skills, you need to practice according to your state rules. We do not hold any responsibility to find out which state permits which treatments. You yourself need to find out which treatments are allowed for you to practice in your locality / state / country. We are strictly against any form of malpractices. Dr. Vidyulata or HarbaCare International Academy or International Board is not liable or responsible for any legal or penal action for the same.

HarbaCare Cosmetology Academy is a training centre accredited to an International autonomous vocational education board. If any Candidate joining for any courses at HarbaCare Academy has any query or issues regarding the Certification provided from the autonomous vocational board, applicant Candidate has to directly approach the autonomous vocational board only. Dr. Vidyulata S. Naik & HarbaCare Cosmetology Academy is not responsible or liable for any legal action / claim / refund / compensation of any kind whatsoever, by the applicant candidate. All disputes are subjected to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Applicant’s authenticity of certificate verification will be done through email only and as per confidential policy no other documents of HarbaCare Academy or its Team members will be shared with Applicant, Recruitment and Document Verification agency. HarbaCare Academy and its team reserves the right to deny any request for the same.

On the basis of certificates provided by HarbaCare Academy, You can only practice Cosmetology in your clinic. 
You cannot legally start / join an academy or institute to teach or share your knowledge gained at HarbaCare Academy, with any other Doctors or medical / non-medical students. You will be held legally responsible for penalty & legal action for the same under Mumbai jurisdiction.

At HarbaCare, our job is to provide you quality training in Cosmetology. You can only practice what is taught to you as per your local / state / country rules and regulations & guidelines. 
If you wish to settle abroad and wish to know validity of Certificate in that country, kindly contact the International Board for all details. As per the Board, their Certificates are valid in multiple countries. As it is their Certificate, they are the best people to answer your queries. You can contact the Board personnel on the number given on your International Certificates which you get at the end of the course. Dr. Vidyulata or Harbacare Cosmetology Academy will not be responsible or liable due to any issues arising out of the same.
For practicing abroad, you need Transcript and / or other document formalities from the board. The cost of these documents will be extra apart from your fees and you will need to pay these charges to get the documents.

As Cosmetology courses are vocational qualifications, they cannot be registered as additional qualification in state medical councils. You need to follow your state medical council guidelines for content you display as qualifications on your display board / documents. At HarbaCare, We are strictly against any sort of malpractices.
